This Privacy Policy explains how J. Fernando Eckert LTDA (trade name Futurit Soluções Web) ("Futurit", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit futurit.com.br or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018, "LGPD") and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

2. Data we collect
- Contact form and email: your name, company, email address and the content of your message.
- Technical data: the web server records standard access logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, for security and troubleshooting.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. How we use your data
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss or deliver a project (legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest).
- To keep the website secure and working (legal basis: legitimate interest).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations when we have a contract with you.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Sharing and international transfers
We share data only with service providers that we need to run this website and our business: our hosting provider and the form delivery service (Web3Forms), which forwards contact form messages to our email. Some of these providers may process data outside Brazil. When they do, we rely on the safeguards the LGPD provides for international transfers.
5. Retention
Inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Data related to contracts is kept for as long as the law requires. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to confirm whether we process your data, and to access, correct, anonymize, delete or port it. You can also withdraw consent and object to processing. Send these requests to contato@futurit.com.br. We answer within 15 days. You can also complain to the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).
7. Security
This website is served over HTTPS only. Access to the data we hold is limited to the people who need it to do their work.
8. Mobile apps
Apps that Futurit builds for clients are published under their own privacy policies. Those policies are linked from each app's App Store listing.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
